BasePDH is an online platform offering Professional Development Hour (PDH) courses for licensed Professional Engineers (PEs). Courses are designed to help engineers fulfill their continuing education requirements for license renewal.

These courses are intended for licensed Professional Engineers who need PDH credits to renew their engineering license.

If you are not happy with a course and have not yet received a certificate of completion, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. We also offer a full refund if your PDH hours are rejected during a state audit for any reason directly related to our course content or documentation. Yes. A limited number of content blocks are available for free preview. Full course content is unlocked after purchase.

A PDH (Professional Development Hour) is a unit of continuing education. Each course specifies the number of PDH credits it awards, visible on the course detail page.

Courses are text-based and can be read directly in the browser. You can also download course content as a PDF.

Yes. After purchasing a course, you can download the content as a PDF directly from the course page.

Add the course to your cart from the course detail page, then proceed to checkout. Checkout is handled securely through Shopify.

We support major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

After purchasing a course, navigate to the course page and look for the quiz button. You must be logged in and have purchased the course to access the quiz.

You must score 70% or higher to pass and receive your certificate.

You can retake the quiz. There is no limit on retake attempts.

Upon passing the quiz, a certificate is automatically emailed to you. You'll be able to view all your certificates on My Courses page.

Your certificate includes your name, the course title, the number of PDH credits earned, and your completion date. As well as a QR code to verify your certificate authenticity.

Yes. Certificates are issued and stored and can be accessed via the link provided after passing.
